I think the customer support is great. We do have outages, yes, but not for very long. I'm am so thankful to have Internet at a decent price in the country. I own a business and need it! Thank you!

If I had to describe Sioux Valley Wireless in one word, that word would be UNUSABLE. Literally the worst internet I have ever encountered. Loading a video is nearly impossible, even something as simple as checking one email can take several minutes. If this terrible company is the only service provider in your area, MOVE. Internet is such a basic necessity in our society that having to depend on this company for a connection is similar to hauling buckets of water from the river to your house instead of having running water.

I don't know how its legal to say you give 4 mbps. I've been testing it everyday and not once have I seen it go about 2.3 mbps... It is rarely even above 1 mbps. Don't even try to use this at night or on the weekends. They will tell you that "too many people in your area are using their service." Paying for "up to 4" and never see it above 2, that has to be illegal right.

If any other type of internet provider could reach my house, in the country, I would pay triple the price of what I am now for Sioux Valley Wireless, so that I could actually have a source of internet. Never works, and if it does work for some weird reason, the power of the internet is microscopic. I would not recommend this internet if it were the last form of internet available on this earth. The tech team is poorly trained-- not their fault. The best advice they can give you is, "reset your modem." I have ten times before I called you... That's why I'm calling you. Please, for your own good, do not waste your time like we have.

This is now twice within a 2 week time period that internet has been down. The first outage over Thanksgiving lasted 5 days. Now today another outage and was told it will be spotty because of ice. So it won't be fixed until it thaws through today and tomorrow. How in the world do they stay in business? This is ridiculous. Other companies do not have this any issues and outage .
